We provide residential tenant sourcing and placement support. This includes property advertising, enquiry management, tenant pre-screening, viewing coordination, document collection, applicant presentation and tenancy administration support.
Our one-time commission is equal to the first two weeks’ rent. It is payable only after a successful placement and deposit payment, with the exact scope and payment process confirmed in writing before marketing begins.
Our published service is tenant sourcing and placement rather than ongoing property management or maintenance. The landlord remains responsible for the property after placement unless a separate written service is agreed.
We discuss the planned move-in date, household size, income and profession, then collect and review the documents needed for the application. Any Right to Rent checks are applied consistently to all prospective adult occupiers at the appropriate stage.
We present suitable applicant profiles to the landlord, but the landlord makes the final decision. We then support both parties with the agreed tenancy administration and next steps.
